RETURN AND EXCHANGE
RETURN POLICY
You may request a return for any wrong unopened items or faulty merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 5 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund or replacement item.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered (due to your unavailability without prior notice) unclaimed or returned packages unless we made an error. Please make your selections carefully.
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
Please return the merchandise to our mailing address:
Fragranza Elixir

Opic, Lagos.
All returns must be shipped back to Fragranza Elixir using a trackable courier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL)
Any package that has not been received by Fragranza Elixir and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return or exchange.
If your package is returned to us as “refused”, “unclaimed”, “changed my mind” or “undeliverable”, and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will, unfortunately, need to charge full shipping.
Acceptance of requests for returns or exchange of unopened items not related to either wrong or faulty items delivered is entirely at Fragranza Elixir’s discretion.
